How the Team Started
Flores & Partners Real Estate Team was founded in 2020 by Tim Flores with a mission to bring personalized, community-focused real estate expertise to Madison and its surrounding areas. As locals of Madison, Waunakee, Verona, Middleton, and Fitchburg, our team deeply understands the unique charm and nuances of the area. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike, delivering exceptional results through innovative strategies and a people-first approach.
In 2024, we celebrated a major milestone by opening our first brick-and-mortar location in Madison. This new space not only strengthens our presence in the community but also provides a welcoming hub for clients to meet with our team and discuss their real estate goals. Last year alone, we proudly assisted more than 50 families and individuals in buying or selling their homes, showcasing our commitment to making real estate dreams a reality.
